Here are last week's and this week's 5-prompt collage challenges.
Week 36
Prompts:
1) something dark (dark door, numbers, border)
2) textured paper (handmade brown paper at bottom of page)
3) something round (keyhole sticker - from Trader Joe's - and round postmark tag)
4) paper with repeating pattern (polka dot scrapbook paper - upper right page)
5) a place (old black and white photo of house)
Bonus: a plane (upper middle of page)
Week 37
Prompts:
1) something that starts with S (sunset)
2) text in language other than your native tongue (German - lower left)
3) a car (black and white image of vintage car)
4) translucent paper (patterned vellum - lower right corner)
5) something with fins (fish)
Bonus: a receipt ( Treasurer's Office receipt - upper right)
These two pages came together rather quickly. I even used the bonus on both pages as well as some additional items to complete the collage. I have been using up some old word rub-ons (Tim Holtz or 7 Gypsies?) mostly on first page and lots of number stickers on second page. It feels really good to finish off these really old supplies! (Collage is super for that.)
